I Love Kriya Yoga..................

Kriya is a very potent technique of Kriya Yoga system. This technique was developed our Spiritual Scientists; our Rishies in deep state of meditation. This is a shortcut method to divine achievement.  Kriya yoga is designed on the pattern of the universal celestial movements of the solar system whears our earth and other planet revolve around the sun. Moon revolves around the Earth. The period required by moon to complete one revolution around the earth is called as a Lunar Month.

Our spiritual power; our spiritual scientists considered that whatever there was in the universe was also there in the human body. Let’s see how it works.

In human body there is a

A Brain which is fixed in our skull

A Mind which can be moved any where

Breath

A Path; path of sushmuna nadi along with our spinal cord which crosses different chakra in human body

Now as we know that our planet earth revolve around the sun and moon which also revolve around the sun but it take a little more time than earth to complete on revolution.

What is happening out side in solar system same is happening in human body. Here Brain is SUN principle and moon is mind principle. This mind revolves around the brain along a fixed path which is path of sushmunna nadi with breath power.  One such complete movement of mind around the brain is taken as equivalent to one lunar month. Kriya yogi calls one such movement a ‘Kriya’. So, to complete one kriya it will take fraction of a minute only. By repeating the kriya one is able to accomplish the equivalent of years in a very short time, within the span of one’s lifetime. The kriya yogi affirms that finer virtues and capabilities that higher yugas manifest in the course of thousands of years can be attained by performing the equivalent number of kriya.

Effect of Kundalini Awakening on my body........

On 6^th July 2011 I had experienced of kundalini awakening that I already describe on my blog. After my this experience I felt following changes in my body and thoughts:-

• There was a skin disease on my foot and legs that is automatically removed and even traces of that disease are also removed. My skin is smooth and oily now.
• 5-6 Kg weight is lost within 10 days.
• Meditation Stamina is increased.
• Now Very less amount of food is required.
• Very less sleep is required now.
• Worldly desires become very less now.
• Most of the time I remain in my personal room in silence. No TV, No music.
• Number of thoughts produced per minute is very less now.
• Almost all thoughts become inward.
• Now every time I felt that some spiritual/divine energy is working on me. 

This is just a starting point of Kundalini Awakening. 

Divine Light ...........

After going in deep meditation state when you will be able to see the divine lights. 

With divine light your's all thoughts become zero and you too become a light ...................zero word zone......no...body.....no ear to listen...no mouth to speak......no mind to think......no eyes to speak......no...nothing.....

Here in this state no eyes and no scene is there and witness is also not there just union is there................

Energy Transfer from one body to another .......

When any person  full of positive energy went to people having negative energy - There must be a loss of positive energy of that person. This is a automatic process of energy transfer ! This can be stopped too. You will have to build a positive energy sphere around you. Otherwise this transfer will be continue. This transfer of divine energy is also directly proportional to one's interaction with people of negative energy. If one's respond to those people; energy loss will be increased.

So most advisable is not to indulged with people full of negative energy. Otherwise loss is definite....

My Experience of Kundalini Awakening

Kundalini Awakening Experience

I was in Shillong, Meghalya, India from 30^th June 2011 to 7^th July 2011. I was at house of my loving friend Khalid Khan. We all were there for a Kriya Yoga workshop. We had it with some other friends of North-East India and it was held at Aurobindo Ashram, Shillong. We had arranged it with our Guru Ji Shri Markandeya Sastry Kowta Ji.

I am already in yoga & meditation practice for last 4-5 years. From last 1 year I was feeling some vibrations in my Manipura Chakra. And from last 4 months these vibrations were creating a movement in this region that anyone can see this.

In this Shillong workshop when I gone through process of kriya yoga I found a vigorous vibrations and movement in this plexus. It was seen by everyone who was present there. It increases when I put my mind or awaraeness on Manipura chakra and even at any chakra in my body. Sound of Aum or Ameen is a great trigger.

It was a two day workshop and after the workshop end, we again did the practice of Kriya Yoga at Khan Sahab’s residence. He has had a separate room for this practice which is a fully ventilated and charged of spiritual energy. We did kriya twice a day in this room.

On 6^th morning when we all were just to finish the Kriya; I was meditating in a sitting posture and suddenly I felt that I should lie down and I lay down on the place where I was sitting. After that I seen that my whole body is filled with a deep blue light and this deep blue light is charging my body. Each and every cell of my body is charging by this deep blue light; this was happening in my body I was witnessing this.

After that I felt one more sensation that I am going with this deep blue light toward my Sahastra Chakra and finally I reach in a tube of blue light and suddenly I felt that I too become this blue light and at that right moment all thoughts vanishes and this experience was remains for 2-3 minutes only. After that I again find blue light is charging my body. After this experience I felt a shivering. I had felt that my body is too icy and feel something which was too cold. After some moment when my friends asked for my wellness I just request for a blanket to put on me, they put immediately a blanket on me and after having one blanket there was no effect on my shivering and they again give me two more blanket but shivering was still there. I found these blankets producing no heating effect on my body and there was a different kind of cold sensation in my body.

Than my Guru Ji Sh. Markandeya Kowta Sastri asked me to have some breakfast and after having hot bath and some breakfast I felt little relax and this condition remains up to 3:00 PM. After that it becomes normal.

It was a process of Kundilini Awakening .............Friends who were with me are the witness of this happening ............Thanks Almighty ......I want to have it again and again..........I Love you...........Now my personality is also changed and now I am feeling love for every one and every thing...........

Beyond the Time.......No Time Journey ...

Our Past, Present and Future all are running in a present. Everything is here in this present. This is just like a story written in a book. Where writer introduce a hero and others co-actors of the story. Story is going on; people are coming in life of that hero; some remains with him and some went away and some dies. Like wise so many things are also coming in his life and went away.....story is going on...one day...hero is died....story is going on......

Now see.......Past, Present and Future of hero of book remains in that book. It can never went any where. when you again read that book you again find hero is there his past, present future is also there........That is written on a paper and ours is happening in a time.......nothing else..........
